Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign through Public Participation

Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign through Public Participation is an impactful way to break taboos, promote health and dignity on the grassroots. In last, 9 years through the nischay campaign many thousand individuals, especially women and rural girls access to knowledge and menstrual hygiene products. Pad Bank's in Rural Schools

Setting up Pad Banks in Rural Schools is a simple and powerful initiative to ensure menstrual hygiene accessibility, dignity, and continuity in education for rural girls. Nischay initiated Padbank in many rural school of Jharkhand. PadBanks gain momentum and acceptance quickly, helped thousands of adolescent girls and started their leadership journey as little changemakers on grassroots. Nischay always thankful to all the selfless contributors in journey of making change through Padbank.

Period & Science Public Campaign on grassroots

“Period and Science” campaign focused on blending scientific education with menstrual hygiene awareness—perfect for rural outreach, school interventions, and breaking taboos through factual, inclusive discussions. Period and Science public campaign on grassroots, aiming to bridge the gap between menstrual health, gender education and scientific curiosity among children from rural and underprivileged communities. Campaign also helpful in increasing participation of rural underprivileged and tribal community in science.

Gift Sanitary Pads For Rural Girls

"Gift Sanitary Pads For Rural Girls" is a unique campaign to increase public participation of community in helping rural girls through gifting sanitary pads. Campaign also got success in breaking the gender barriers in field of menstrual hygiene awareness. Before and after Covid-19, "Gift Sanitary Pads for Rural Girls" and " Sanitary Pad Relief Campaign During Lockdown" nischay campaigns awarded with "Limca Book of Records" Twice.

Project Pad Humans

Proejct PadHumans initiated during Covid-19 Lockdown, when girls experienced trouble in getting sanitary pads during lockdown. Dozens of youth volunteers travelled village to village to supports females in need with sanitary pads. Sanitary Pad relief campaign during Lockdown encouraged many brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers and community peoples to understand "Menstruation is Gender neutral issue."

Ek Pad Ek Ped Campaign - One pad one tree

"Ek Pad, Ek Ped" campaign encourage girls and women's to also think about safe disposal of used disposable pads and environmental angle of using MHM products. campaign encourage the community about issue of menstrual health and environment conservation together. Through the campaign many thousands of plants grown and now, initiated conversation about the popular myths connected to menstruation.

MIX GENDER CRICKET TEAM & GIRLS FOOTBALL TEAMS

Mix Gender Cricket Tournament is a unique efforts initiated from land of Jharkhand in 2018, that's promoting Gender equality through popular game of Cricket. Initiative also appreciated by the God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar in 2019. Nischay Founder Tarun Kumar also received the Sachin Tendulkar Autographed Trophy for initiating unique concept of bringing change through cricket. Through Mix Gender Cricket initiative, in rural schools, boys and girls together participating in sports and learns to respect, capabilities of all the genders.
